ABOUT US
In 2003, a group of colleagues from the IT department of an international organization in Geneva decided to create an association to share software and hardware to aid third world countries. To maintain independence in their decisions and operational organization, the board decided to assume full responsibility for funding projects. Alpesandes.org is an NGO whose projects can differ significantly depending on the availability and suitability of the board and the members; their nature can range from the distribution of potable water in South America to the social integration of international civil servants in Geneva through sport.
